Junkin' Plus One

We headed out on our regular junkin' trip this month with one more "junker" in tow. 
Little Mr. 58 joined mom, dad, and me this time.

 He's got it in his blood, folks!

He's got the eye for just the right buys already.

He's got a way of keeping us on our toes.

Watch out Junkers.... The next generation is gettin' an early start!

Fresh off the big red truck:

Long narrow table.  Another perfect piece for a tv console or a couch table.

This gorgeous china cabinet has a glass door and the legs are great.

Back to the Books

 With 3 weeks of school under our belt, we are set in our new fall routine.  Baseball, ballet, and homework are keeping my little family busy... Along with some Booth 58 fluffin' for me.

 We are always adding new B58 banners... getting our seasonal ones made and ready for you.

 We also continue to restock our vintage books. 

 

We've been selling lots of them lately. 

I guess everyone has been getting back to the books!

Last Day Mix

Do you remember that feeling that comes with that last day of summer?

 Mixed emotions... sadness about what is to end ... excitement about what is to begin .... nerves about what is unknown.

 Kind of funny feelings all mixed together for a little person to process!

Summer has been sweet for us...Lots of down time filled with good things.

Next time I see you, I'll no longer be "Summertime Mama"... You might just hear me say "Hooray, Hooray, School Started Today!"

Class is in Session - Vintage 101

My kids' new backpacks, lunchboxes, and school shoes are all begging to be broken in.  School starts soon!

 Mom and I dreamed up this front window...a salute to old school Freshman Orientation!  I have several friends who are packing up their kiddos for that big move to college.  Fun times ahead of them!
