 We have been selling these greenish/blue ones for several months now.... like hotcakes. 

 We have quite a collection of windows - all sizes - 6 pane, 8 pane, white, tall and even some small.  Our window inventory fluctuates so if you don't see the one you want now, just come back!

Lessons from Booth 58: Keep Looking

Ever stand at the fridge door and KNOW that you just saw the ketchup....right there?  Or the car keys that you are sure were just in your hand...and now they are no where to be found?  Keep looking and you know you will find them....

You may feel that way in Booth 58 if you are a frequent shopper... And you KNOW you just saw a cool piece right there.... How could it be gone already?

Keep Looking

We move things around a lot.

 

 Another trend we've noted:  If we move things around ("shake it up") in the booth, things sell better.

 Sometimes, customers come in and say "Oh no, it's gone!  It was just here yesterday."  And then they start the Buy Now, Cry Later  ugly cry.  And then we say, "Oh no.  It's not gone!  We just moved it over here."

We try to give Booth 58 a good "shake" at least once a month... So, when you come in to buy that special piece that you knew was right there... Keep Looking!


Say it with Junk...

Happy Valentine's Day is here sooner than you think... Does the 14th sneak up on you too?

Say "I love you" with some good ol' junk this year...

Pinterest Fail

I poke around Pinterest some.  A great place to get some inspiration... or a great place to get some laughs.

I stumbled across a pin that showed bleached pinecones...

We decided to follow the directions on the link and bleach up some too.  They suggested soaking the pinecones for a few hours.

After 3 DAYS, the pinecones still weren't what Pinterest promised.  More gray than white.

Oh well.  Great lesson in "You can't believe everything you see on Pinterest."

Summer Bucket List

We are neck deep into summer around here .... Checking things off of our Summer Bucket List...

We have visited the snow cone stand, had a shrimp boil, and went down a water slide already....

So much more to check off... and lots of summer ahead of us...

Make it Merry Tip of the Day

Booth 58 Make it Merry Tip of the Day:

Set up a hot cocoa station this year. 

 Leave out mason jars filled with cocoa powder, peppermints, and of course - marshmallows!  Add some fun holiday mugs and some pretty spoons. 

How about setting the goodies on a nice silver tray... or better yet, a child's sled?   A small chalkboard sign will welcome your friends and fam to come warm up.

Going, Going...

GONE!  Fall is gone from Booth 58...  Just when fall finally arrived here in Texas, there are few signs of it in the shop.  

 
We headed up to the mall early Saturday morning to move Christmas in.  With Scare on the Square behind us, the pumpkins have left the building... and the tinsel has set up shop.  Lots of fellow ACM vendors had the same idea ... Christmas is here, friends!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

 

PS - We still have Thanksgiving bits and pieces in Booth 58.  Our Give Thanks banners and a handful of turkeys can still be spotted if you look close!

Hunting Trip

Heading out to hunt down some good stuff for the booth today. 

You never know what will show up in Booth 58 this weekend from our huntin' trip.  Don't you love that Junkin' Season is year round?

Monday at the Mall

It's Monday here at the Mall.... Thought I would give you a little peek of our Thanksgiving display today... 

 Our B58 Banners continue to fly off of our chippy Booth 58 shelves.  Each banner is handmade by Mrs. 58 and myself.  We package each banner separately in cellophane bags topped off with a cardstock label. 

We've been selling lots of Give Thanks banners... burlap and tag too. 

It's almost Turkey Time!

Signs of Fall

Tomorrow is the first "official day" of autumn....

Cooler temps, warmer drinks, light sweaters, half times, family times,

and of course decorating times!

Month of the Mermaid

 The Month of the Mermaid is upon us again Booth 58 Friends!  She is back in full swing! 

We love the whimsy she adds.... to lots of our corners in the booth.  Doesn't she just make you happy?
