My little angels

Another "show and tell" today... My little angels:


Made these little angels from vintage salt and pepper shakers.  This was fun!  I made a whole "multitude" of them! 



My real "little angels" were fascinated with them and loved their wings.  I had to reattach a few that Little Mr. 58 loved on a bit too much!



Monday at the Mall

Happy Candy Day is only 2 days away!  We can't wait!

Make plans to come up to Downtown McKinney for Scare on the Square..... from 4-6pm.  Lots of great family fun.  We come every year.  Wouldn't feel like Halloween without it!

There are two new events this year....

Pumpkin Patch
Starting the first Weekend in October downtown McKinney will host its own Pumpkin Patch, located at the Kentucky / Louisiana corner of MPAC. The Pumpkin Patch is presented by Creative by Nature and Shops of Downtown McKinney. Hours are every Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. through the month of October.

Ghost Hunt
Also coming the first weekend in October, kids can enjoy a Ghost Hunt! 24 cutout ghosts are waiting to be found throughout Historic Downtown McKinney. This is sure to be a fun, friendly activity for the entire family. You can get a Ghost Hunt map at any store in Downtown McKinney!

Monday at the Mall

There's a lot going on at the Antique Company Mall... and especially our Booth 58!  We've actually committed some of my own pet peeves... I get bugged when I see pumpkins out with Christmas decorations in front of someone's house.  Does that annoy you too?  Mom agrees with me.  Come on, folks!  Put away the pumpkins once December is here....okay?

In my own home, I am fully embracing October and Fall.  Hubby pulled down my tubs and tubs and tubs of fall goodies recently.  The pumpkins will be welcome for a while here!  BUT we're also busy making more handmade Christmas things for Booth 58.....cause retail world doesn't stop for Fall very long.  We sold a lot of Christmas items on Saturday... already!
